Chloe Jane is 11 years old. She has two younger sisters and she goes to middle school. She was born with choanal atresia, eyelid coloboma, a cleft lip, and a heart murmur on February 16, 1999. She has had around 21 surgeries. Her next biggest surgery that she will ever have in her lifetime is called the Le Fort III. It is being performed on Thursday, November 18. It is a three month process in which her cheek bones to her upper lip are moved forward.

I go to goddard like Chloe and when i saw your daughter i was instantly interested in her story. I took the time to look her up in the yearbook and do some research on CHARGE syndrome. I'm very sorry that your daughter has to have so many surgeries so young and I just wanted you and your family to know that I'm here for you because due to my dad's neck problems and having colon cancer he had to have alot of surgeries. Also my best friend's dad had to have 17 surgeries for crashing a motorcycle and basically destroying his foot. Both me and my best friend wanted to let your whole family know that we are absolutely here for you if you ever need to talk to someone. Of course I'm going to high school now but i would be glad to talk to you anyways but my friend is going into 6th grade next year so she will get to meet Chloe :)
